<p>Do they give a lot of financial assistance? They’re crazy expensive for out of state, but I’d love to go here (especially because of the vibrant Jewish life on campus that I keep hearing about). Does anyone know how generous they are with financial aid?</p>
<p>If you’re a strong student, they’re pretty good with merit aid. Two of my friends got 10kish in merit scholarships. But that means 2200 SAT score, 3.8-4.0 GPA.</p>
<p>How about need based . . . my GPA matches up, but I’ve got more like a 1920 (I think, because I’m an ACT taker)</p>
<p>It’s a state school, so I doubt they’ll give you much, if anything. Their priority lies with firstly the in-state students, and secondly, the students they want (cream of the crop).</p>
