<p>I am applying to GEAR program. When on the CommonApp online supplement, I check the box next to GEAR, the check disappears when I save the supplement. The checkbox seems to work for other special programs; only the one right next to GEAR is not working.</p>
<p>What should I do? How would Rochester know that I am applying for GEAR? Is there a way to get around the “check box” problem? Anyone else experiencing the same problem?</p>

<p>There is a problem with the supplement that appears on Rochester’s website, which is currently being corrected. If you fill the form out through the common app website it should work. If it does not, I would recommend calling the admissions office or submitting a hard copy of the supplement. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.</p>

<p>Yes… you should submit a hard copy. When you submit a hard copy your supplement will be scanned into our system and added to your electronic file. Good luck, and stay in touch if you have any questions.</p>
