Your junior year is very important. However, a 2.75 your first two years, and a 3.4 your junior year will give you an average of just under a 3.0 overall. Your senior grades will likely not be considered because you will be applying prior to getting any grades. You will have no trouble getting into a branch campus, but UP may be a reach even for summer unless you do really really well on your ACT’s.
