I got accepted by University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, it is not my first choice. However I know the university has relocation, if I meet all requirements for relocation, such as GPA, require cources and so on. Am I guaranteed to tranfer from Bradford to Main campus?

Moreover, for relocation, does it have any different for international student?
