Scholarships for international students

I am an international student (originally from Brazil) and I would like to know the universities that offer FULL RIDE or NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. It’s my main criterion, but I don’t think it’s clear about the availability of this feature on college websites. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
