Updates on Status Website Beneficial to Admissions?

hey, what do you think the probability is that they read our updates on our application status website?

how many of you sent updates?

probability that they read updates p=1
probability that updates help = who the heck knows…
anyways, decisions should come out tomorrow so I guess you’ll find out soon!

I sent them btw.

I’m pretty sure they read them if they were sent within a reasonable time period from reading the majority of apps. I sent one in February to let them know I was sending a college transcript and made a second semester schedule change.

yea, i’m hoping they help.

mine were sent a bit late. like march 1st though. because i wanted to sum up some awards/activities from this semester.

i’m nervous they didn’t get a chance to read it…

Yes, they read them. Sometimes, if they have a chance, they respond. Don’t count on it, and don’t think the lack of a response means you’re doomed. Remember, these folks are busy people! Too much tea leaf reading will make you nuts.

i am sure they must have read all the updates sent…
