I have committed to SUNY University at Buffalo but due to health issues want to go to SUNY University at Albany as I am local and take care of my health. I am going to email and call office of admissions tomorrow but just a thought will they still take me as May 1st deadline has passed? Also please suggest me some tips I can add to my email.
