Updating information after acceptance

I am currently a high school senior that was accepted into UofM for the upcoming fall season. This week, I was suspended 1 day for forgery/giving false information or lying. This is my second ever infraction with the school and the first was quite a bit more minor in scope and punishment than this one and happened before admission; that is, the school already knows about it. My two questions are:

  1. Do I need to inform UofM about this and if so how? I couldn't find information about this
  2. Is it possible, and if so how likely, that they will rescind their acceptance?

Since their acceptance, no other major negative events have occurred and I maintained a 4.0 un-weighted GPA to finish out my senior year.

I guess the answer is maybe if your school reports it.
