Upenn Chances

<p>I am interested in doing finance/ibanking related stuff after college, i realize that wharton is among the best for this, how does non-wharton upenn look for these kind of jobs?</p>

<p>You have amazing stats. But, it all depends on the essay!</p>

<p>You have just as good a chance as anyone with those stats. As cordova said, it’s all about the essay, and the recs. Once you get to a certain point, grades don’t matter. Having a good gpa and 2200 SAT (or whatever the ACT equivalent is) will put you at par with all the other kids applying to Penn. The essay and recs will get you in though.</p>

<p>Are you doing RD? If ED, did you apply to Wharton or CAS (econ major perhaps)?
I would say good chances, but at the risk of being the third iteration of the essay pump, I’d like to know what you touched upon in your essays (if youv’e done them already). That would give more perspective.</p>
