Was everyone required to fill out the Penn outside scholarship form in the financial aid portal?
I think only if you are applying for FA.
sometimes it is when the school entered it or confirmed it

Hang in there it is almost done. It is a hard lane to be in. A lot of schools yield protect which lead to rejections other lottery schools are just that and have tens of thousands of qualified applicants so it is near impossible to stand out. But after having 2 kids go through this I know yours will get into a school they want to go to and do well.

I filled every possible forms listed or mentioned as not received back in February. So,they never asked me to. They emailed me abt a doc this week, not in my FA list again though… so being proactive did not really help.

That’s a ton of applicants. And how many did they admit ED and how many do they typically admit per class?
They typically admit 50% of the class ED (1200 students) and ~2100 more RD to yield their target class size of 2400 students.
