Go to the admissions portal and see if you can access it from there after you login.

Same here. If you use the financial aid link that was sent in the most recent Emil about decision release date, you can access the fin aid documents portal.

Not from the portal. Just go to your email sent from Penn about the decision date and time. There you can see link for Fin Aid. Click on it.
