ID was generated when student got access to the portal, not after decisions are made, so I dont see why it matters

Question on the logic here. Usually rejections are just a form ‘sorry you are not offered acceptance’ letter, without an FAQ. In my experience, FAQs come after waitlist decisions only.
Nothing means anything. My post was to collect data on whether only a select number of people had FAQ or all.
All had FAQ. My logic is that website designers will load all elements regardless of decisions. That’s just the principles of web design.
Conclusion: FAQ or not means nothing.

Yes. As stated before, website designers like to keep things static. CSS (what the astrology is based off) is basically always static.
Web designers like to have lots of tools at their disposal (i.e. upon loading a page), but only use the required tools when necessary.
