Individualized

Or did I make a mistake, and it does indeed have this major?

So, should I apply for Physics in the Arts and Sciences Department? Or choose a different, but closely related major in the engineering dept? Or just forgo applying to Upenn, even though I like the vibe of the college? Applied Physics or Engineering Physics would give me a very broad engineering education, and is something I’m interested in, even though this is relatively a new field.
