@xindisun99 i love you omg
hamilton geeks unite
@aqua02 so did I!
For everyone that applied to CAS, what are your scores? I was old sat and got a 2320, which transfers to 1550 on the new I believe. And then 760 US History 790 Math II
@bbb1999 I have 33 Act one-sitting, 35 superscored, 800 Math II, 800 Physics, and 730 Chemistry. Applied to CAS Undecided-Natural Science.
@anonymous0923 Florida is flooding and losing its shore. Are people freaking out as much as I am (in the Midwest)?
@bbb1999 I have a 2330 superscored on the old SAT and 800 US history, 790 World history, and 760 Math II.
I have a 35 ACT and am legacy, think I’ll get in?
essays are important and how would we know?^
@2021Hopeful can’t determine solely by the test scores but most likely
Ah well f me then lol. And my essays are on point. Unique and telling of me as a person
yea @2021Hopeful maybe be a bit more sensitive as some of us have worked our whole lives to get into this school and would kill for it, we don’t feel bad because you have a 35 and are going to get in.
Legacy doesn’t matter as much as it used to… Something like 78% of legacy applicants were rejected last year
@skiing26 agreed.
@masquerade98 where did you find that statistic? Because in a DP article I read that the legacy acceptance rate was over 40%
The legacy rate is exceedingly high. I am screwed because I have two legacies with decent enough scores and grades applying from my school
my test scores aren’t too hot so im really hoping my personality showed through my essays and its something theyre looking for

The article says Penn took 22% of legacies, which meant 78% didn’t get in.
@masquerade98 doesn’t specify if the legacies were ED or ED+RD
