<p>So…how difficult is it to get into Penn’s international relations major ED?</p>

<p>What you put on your application as your potential major is not binding, and admittance is based on the school you apply to, not the major. </p>

<p>As for the International Relations major, you apply when you are in the school either freshman and sophomore year. It’s a bit competitive from what I hear, also a VERY good major to declare in. I’ll let others (ilovebagels) elaborate.</p>
