I am a CCC student doing a sophomore transfer. I got rejected from a bunch of colleges and accepted to two. Now I have a choice between UPenn LPS or Northwestern SCS.

I am a bio major and should I do well, I am planning to go to a graduate school. NU will make transfer credit evaluation before I enroll, but Penn will do that only after the first semester.

Should I wait for finaid award first? Should I visit both schools before making a decision? Is the Ivy the way to go? Please help me decide.

congrats on your acceptances!
I suggest you to visit both schools although they are far from each other, since the environment around is essentially important to your college experience.

BTW what is LPS/SCS?

You already heard from Northwestern? Did you apply for fall of 09?

Thanks for replies, guys. Upenn’s College of Lib. & Prof. Studies within SAS and NU’s School of Continuing Studies within CAS are schools for non-trads/adults with a part-time option. I heard from both places a few days after my apps were complete.
