UPenn, UChicago, UMich

Hey guys so i’ll be a senior when the school year starts back and I wanted some opinions on which college would be a best fit for me based on what you guys know and have experienced. I’m looking to go into the IT field (a systems analyst maybe) but I also love cinematography and would love to make a career out of it if possible. Anyways I want to major in Information Technology and I see at Upenn they have a major called Logic, Information and Computation so I would major in that and do a minor in Cinema Studies or a double major, if possible and not too difficult. This is all depending on which schools I am accepted in to. Which would would be the best fit for a IT/Cinematography guy like myself? Or maybe none of them, maybe a tech school or some sorts? Thanks for the help!

The Penn course strikes me as being deeply mathematical. Is that what you’re looking for?

I would prefer not to do a course that’s deeply mathematical if possible seeing how it’s not really my strong suit. Do you know if the other courses at UMich and UChicago are centered less around math?

Have you considered USC?

Not yet. But I will check it out. Is USC a good school for IT?
