<p>The Penn stereotype would be that everyone there is interested in business and Georgetown in politics.</p>

<p>I believe you can. If you are accepted to Penn ED, you have to withdraw from all your other schools that you apply EA or RD to, assuming your financial package is acceptable to you from Penn. The “EA” exception would be a school that does SCEA. If you get deferred from Penn, you no longer have an obligation to them. I’m sure there’s someone that can do a better job of answering this question. I just hope I provided an accurate answer.</p>
