You misunderstood. I haven’t received it. I’m asking if anyone has received it because if possible, it should have received it by now.
In fact, you can tell whether TOM7007 has received this email or not. I feel that he is sure to succeed. There is a friend from Colombia who is in a similar situation to him and he succeeded.

I don’t know. I’m also paying attention to his reply. I think if he doesn’t get off either, it indicates that either this movement hasn’t started yet or there are too few opportunities.

wl movement hasn’t started..just to let yall know..currently Penn is seeing how to handle their 200 students from 12 countries which have been banned recently…they said and i qoute - university has been exploring a number of options to help international students, including the possibility of allowing them to start by studying abroad. Deferring their admission for a year or allowing for a late arrival are among the other options, she said…now if deferring a year happens, we have 200 spots already open…and mind yall this is just the banned countries…there are other red countries too and on top of that many students dont even have visa appointments ready…so they are trying to find a solution now…depending on their decision, the movement will start..I am not that active a lot here..but i have decent confidentials within Penn who will continue to update me..ill let yall know

I am so sad for those international students, I hope they get sorted and can make it this fall, they were lucky to make it through and now they cant attend ?!?!?!?!?!? hope I (as an intl student) also get sorted, PENN pull through, please
