Waitlists are on rolling basis, that’s true. But they surely admit the first one or two times in waves. A moderately sized vacancy filled at once

Nope but they did send me an email asking if I could provide another email address since my current one never opened their emails (it was a human not an automated message btw).
Why don’t I ever get such a nice mail? I only got an automated mail to join their regular application tips-related mailing list after submitting my LOCI and going through almost the entire application process… I can’t but think it’s ominous
