My daughter received snail mail about 2 weeks after the portal notification and welcome email. Nothing major, just a poster (kind of) and sticker with additional information

They want the mid year grades so have not heard back yet either. Portal says waiting for midyear grades that come out in Jan end

Did get acceptance in Drexel Lebow college of business Marketing major. any info on that versus U pitt?

The U pitt application portal now is not showing any To Dos. until yesterday it showed mid year grades needed. Now it is goneā€¦
wonder what that means?

Has anyone received merit aid? Daughter got the ā€œsnail mail acceptanceā€ which was really just a poster and not the real letter. There is a section in the portal for financial aid but it is not showing any and Indiana uses the same software, she got merit from them, but it doesnā€™t show up on their financial aid section either.

Pitt asked for mid-year grades and they were sent in the middle of December. My son spoke to admissions and they did receive them about a month ago but he is still witing on their decision.
Did anyone have to send grades and heard back yet with a decision? Thanks in advance.

D24 just found out she was waitlisted for the school of nursing. Not the news she was hoping for, as Pitt was her first choice. Anyone have any idea how many applicants eventually get accepted off the waitlist at Pitt?

I am sorry she didnā€™t get the news she wanted. Itā€™s probably worth a call to the school of nursing to ask how many have been accepted from the waitlist the last couple of years. I havenā€™t seen that data published so the school is probably your best source.

Also, she may want to let her AO know that itā€™s her first choice and she will enroll if accepted. That isnā€™t encouraged for all schools, but Pittā€™s AOs seem to be receptive of those kinds of communications. Itā€™s no guarantee, but at least the AO knows.

Application on U pitt portal says complete from yesterday. But no button to click on accept decline.
what does that mean. would appreciate input.

I would check the document center for any updates or check your to-do list in case they need you to do something additional.

Thank you but there is nothing else asked to do ā€¦ so why say complete if no accept decline button ā€¦unless wait listedā€¦
