Just wanted to start a thread for those who have applied to Pitt and are waiting for results. D27 applied on 8/4 and is hoping to hear soon based on a friend who heard on 8/27 last year.

My daughter also applied early August and under review on 8/10. Hoping to hear back sooner than the 8-10 week timeframe mentioned in the email. Good luck!

I did a grad program at Pitt, taught undergrads including eventually my own lecture classes, also later came back as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the law school, have represented Pitt as an attorney, my S24 applied back in his cycle (although ultimately went elsewhere), and I still live in the area . . . so I am just hanging out to provide some support, and maybe help answer questions if they come up and I know something useful.
