the recency of your post gives me hope that this might be due to a glitch that will be sorted out soon. I’m going to cross my fingers and try again tomorrow. </p>
<p>About your other issue, my counselor has had to bully admissions people into looking harder for documents that have “not been received.” They found them, so i suggest asking your counselor to contact Grinnell. Can’t think of anything besides that.

<p>Have you tried googling Create Adobe PDF? If you sign up for the free trial, you can use their online program to convert the document to a pdf.</p>
<p>You just click “convert to pdf” select the doc file, and the program will convert it for you.</p>
<p>Re the missing rec, S called and got the fax number for the admissions office at Grinnell. Then he had his teacher fax the rec to them directly. He also emailed the rep for his region to confirm receipt. The rep was very nice about it and emailed him a personal note confirming that she had everything.</p>
