Urgent: Accepted. Aid: Undetermined.

<p>A friend of mine got into NYU CAS this morning. He’s an international (from India) and had apllied for about 80% aid.</p>

<p>He got accepted but his Aid award is ‘Undetermined’. By when can he expect his aid award? Also, is NYU one of those school who would accept applicants who have applied WITH aid but not offer them any aid, and still grant them admission?</p>

<p>Any information is welcomed.</p>

<p>He’s from India? There’s your answer. Non-U.S. students aren’t eligible for need-based aid.</p>

<p>& yes, they will still admit. I applied for financial aid and got nothing, still got acceptance.</p>
