urgent: ap composition prompt

Ive actually thought this through quite a bit, and I just need more justification. I am supposed to defend and show that “knowledge is power”. One example i came up with is how Frederick Douglass utilizes self education as a path to freedom. Anything else i can build on? Any unique approach i could take to the essay is also appreciated. Thanks in advance!

bump? plz~

You could be creative and write something on the lines of Einstein and his experiment with the photoelectric effect which ultimately yielded E=hv, which defines the energy of a wave. But come to think of it your topic is very interesting and well suited for an AP class. Currently, our AP has to write our own Modest Proposal to understand Swift (waste of time). Best of luck.

but how did that knowledge lead to power?

Well allow me to explain briefy: Einstein’s investigation showed that wavelengths do work, which we can apply as a work function. So as the wavelength bombards the particles we apply the laws of physics. Overall shortening the theory work in over the work out produces power. So his investigation made leaps and bounds toward understanding what power really is. I tend to think in terms of scientific achievements and odd ways. Hope that helps somewhat.
