Hi everyone, I have several questions regarding the Lafayette supplement

If I wanted to major in International Studies / Engineering, how would I pick that as a major? This option is only listed under the 5 year, two degree program, which means I have to pick “International Studies/Engineering” AND another major, which is what I don’t want to do.

My answers for both essays get cut off in the print preview, would I be able to put “Please see additional information section” and paste the essay in? I did this and everything seems to fit perfectly. Also, there is no designated word limit.

Overall, I ended up putting everything in the “additional information” section like this:

I will be including the following supplementary materials via mail:
- Complete Activities/Awards List
- Additional employer letter of recommendation

Area of Academic Interest:
International Studies and Engineering (A.B/B.S)
[The section above does not allow me to pick this as a major unless I choose it under the 5-year, two degree program]

Essays:

Why are you interested in Lafayette?

[insert my essay]

Lafayette considers all applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents for our academic scholarships. In an effort to learn more about you, we ask that you describe an intellectual or creative interest or accomplishment.

[insert my essay]

Any comments would be appreciated
