Urgent: Possible Teacher Recommendation Delay

<p>I gave my English teacher a recommendation several weeks ago, but he abruptly has not shown up in-school this week. I have submitted two recommendations already, but Cornell recommends a recommendation from English teacher for those whose English is their second language. </p>

<p>Do you think Cornell will accept my English teacher’s (online) recommendation submission on Saturday or Sunday or Monday?</p>

<p>I don’t think it would matter very much even if you didn’t get your English teacher’s rec in… I’m pretty sure they can tell whether or not you comprehend english well by reading your essays. Anyway, I’m not going to bother getting an english teacher’s recommendation even though my second language is english… or should I?</p>
