URGENT!!! Retake the ACT or take part time CC?

<p>I am from Illinois graduated from high school in 2011, tried to apply for universities but with a LOW 16 ACT score. Not many universities accepted me, I ended up going to Northeastern Illinois Universities for the Fall Semester in 2011 however I did not take any college level classes, and because the 3 hours travel in public transportation. I transfered to a Community College, because their regular semester is full. And the classes are very limited in their mini Semester. I ended up registering only one Class-English 101, begining College English. </p>

<p>NOw I am thinking, should I retake the ACT test get a higher score than enroll to the Fall semester or go to the community college as a part time this semester?? </p>

<p>If you’ve already graduated from high schools, I think most colleges will be looking at how you did at the community college. Check with the colleges you are considering transferring to see if they require test scores from transfers with less than a certain number of hours.</p>
