<p>Hello all! I’m a senior, currently living in South Africa but planning on studying in USA next year. I’m writing my SAT’s on the 6th of October, so I have less than a month to study. I did my first practice test yesterday out of the BB book 2nd Edition and scored 1500. </p>
<p>For the scholarship I need, I need to score 1400 (Excluding the Writing section) - and I only got 995 if I look at it that way. </p>
<p>I haven’t started studying though as my book only arrived last week, and the English and Maths sections are much more different than the maths we do at school - so I’m sure once I start studying I’ll be able to improve tons.</p>
<p>But now I need advice on the best ways to improve CR and Maths - other than just working through the BB. I need to score AT LEAST 700 on both sections, and I know it’s possible.</p>
<p>Let me know what advice you have, anything would be appreciated, maybe you could help me make my dreams can true :)</p>
<p>One thing though: They don’t sell SAT study guides in South Africa, and I can’t order more as they’ll arrive too late…</p>
