<p>Well, here’s a list of the top 30 Universities and LACs (according to US News & World Report) where the amount of Asian/Pacific Islander students makes up under 10% of the student body (percentages are from collegeboard). I’d imagine that schools with these sorts of percentages would be more likely to view Asians as URMs.</p>

<p>My D attended programs/weekends at Grinnell, WUSTL and Amherst that were directed towards URMs. There were many Asians at all of these programs. She also went to a diversity weekend at Rice, but can’t remember if there were Asian students invited to it or not, so check.</p>
