<p>the nrc rankings listed in this thread are for graduate programs, which have a varying amount of relevancy to undergraduate quality depending on the school and major.</p>
<p>us news used to publish a ranking of undergraduate engineering programs (at both universities and lacs, im not sure if they still do) based on peer review scores. i have the 2003 rankings readily available:</p>
