<p>Ya, this thread had been dead for a while. I think that is part of the reason that when I go to the “Transfer” section of CC, it drops really low. Usually it is right at the top, or near it.</p>

ive been so unmotivated this semester, i really cant stand my school anymore, they just do so many stupid things all the time, it ****es me off! like they dropped my major(pre-med) and changed me to biology, WITHOUT TELLING ME! i found out like several months later…
and i mean, thats just one miniscule particle of a thing, there is just too much stuff i hate about this school now i seriously cant take it anymore…
but i have another 5 weeks or so, hopefully i can do well now, i havent been doing great this semester, though i havent been doing badly… did pretty well on my bio test the other day though :D</p>
<p>soo… fast and the furious yea tokyo drift was so lame… i mean, i wish i could drift like that, but the movie was lame… and the new one seems cool 
what his name… paul walker is in it again, right ?? he was actually here in hawaii not too long ago! for like a month, and worked out at the gym down the street from me same gym that i went to, but i never saw him 
but thats pretty cool although i guess there are a lot of famous people around where i live, its like a block from Waikiki Beach(pretty famous so… ) anyway… i hate hawaii… no, just my school… ugh… can not wait to ■■■■ of here… anyone else feel the same way, or are u guys fine with ur school, but just wanna go to usc too ?</p>

<p>Ns89…I luv hawaii, and here in cali were like 3hours ahead.to bad u didn’t get to see paul walker, he’s nice to look at, if ur a girl u know what I mean. As for the school, I’m over mine. Mine is soo boring, and my advisor sucks. I have to get advisors from other departments to halp me. I’m ready for a change, usc that is.</p>
<p>The time thing definitely makes sense. Oh, and being annoyed with the school? I can totally relate and want to ■■■■ as well; AND I have also been much more unmotivated this semester because of the fact that I want to ■■■■; although, many would think that would be a motivating factor, it really serves dual purposes!</p>
<p>Oh, and I can only pluck out a few reasons to why you DON’T like Hawaii! Tourists? High prices due to tourism? Not being on the American mainland and isolated from us? I met some dudes from Hawaii, seems like you guys get things later over there, and a bunch of other ****.</p>
<p>Oh, I went to school with Paul Walker’s niece lol. This better be better than Tokyo Drift! I think it will be. And congrats on the bio!</p>

<p>haha yea, expensiveness is a reason, but not one of the bigger ones, i mean, the tuition here isnt that much, so USC will be a lot more expensive, but thats ok
but like yea, isolation suuuuucks! you cant do anything is what it feels like… from usc, you can go to utah/colorado and snowboard! roadtrip down to mexico:P or anywhere else in the country kind of, las vegas comes to mind… so much more stuff to do there, big city! staples center… hollywood, malibu babes and im really really excited about research at USC in neuroscience! here, there is like no research going on what so ever… well like very little, but nothing in my fields of interest so it just sucks… ah… what to do… i wish id applied to better schools out of high school, cuz i had good grades and everything… i just wanted to go to hawaii… :p</p>

<p>and i just realized, even if i get admitted to USC, i’m now quite sure how i’m going to be able to pay for it… lol the whole $17,000 is a little frightening (story of another transfer), especially when at my current university i get paid to come here… got my acceptance from rutgers and i’d have to pay 4k in loans…which is like nothing figuratively speaking compared to a possible 17k. sooooooo, what do you guys think?</p>

Ns89- I’m guessin u were on the mainland, and then went to hawaii for school. 2 yrs and stuck on 1 island. Idk how u do it. I mean I like hawaii, for a week or 2 at most. Hopefully you can soak it up here in socal</p>
<p><em>sigh</em> i think the discrimination towards transfer students should stop and that we should be able to get some of that money love the freshman get. i honestly dont know why they dont value transfers more…aren’t we like the cream of the creamier crop?</p>
<p>Zircushio- I believe that coming out of USC, it will not only be easier for you to get a job, but also to get into a better grad school. </p>
<p>So, you may make much more money coming out of USC, AND, it would be easier to pay off your loans…</p>
