<p>grind- It was SPPD. Got in for Philosophy (Law, Ethics and something else).</p>
<p>So is anyone still waiting to hear back from USC? I think most decisions are out already.</p>
<p>Haha! Just spoke with my mom. I told her I was going to the ESPN zone in downtown LA on Sunday (Laker game). First thing she says to me: make you go to the SC campus and buy me a “parent” USC license plate frame, that’s the least you can do since tuition is going to cost me a lot money. </p>
<p>She’s awesome. LOL!</p>
<p>haha that’s sick. I need to get sweaters and frames for my family. I’m glad I’m not the only one who has to pay the full tuition.</p>
<p>still waiting here. my status has been “We have received the spring grades requested by the committee. We will be forwarding your file for further review very soon. For students submitting spring grades, we typically mail final decisions by mid-July” for since wednesday. can’t log into the deposit page. :/</p>
<p>I’m getting some help from the school, some scholarships and cal grants (keeping my fingers crossed for that now due to CA economic situation). I would hate for her to pay for everything. Plus, the apartments I’m looking at are expensive.</p>
<p>oh well if you qualify for grants that’s good. I don’t qualify for anything except loans. =/</p>

<p>i called admissions and said i just got my packet but im out of the country and my grandparents just know i got a big envelope from USC and they can’t read english and she told me!! =D</p>
<p>grind-I put down that I’m independent, due to my age (25). That’s why I qualified, if not we wouldn’t qualify.</p>

<p>Is it just me or did tuition go up at USC? I thought it use to be roughly like 40k including housing.</p>

<p>I think it went up 5%. I cannot recall where I read that. It was at 45k, I think.</p>
<p>I haven’t heard either. I got an SGR in april and I have one final to go before I can send in my grades. It feels like ive been waiting forever lol</p>
