<p>@RAD - welcome to SCA!!! I received an “accept or decline offer” letter from SCA yesterday telling me that I was admitted to Fall 2009 and Fall 2009 alone. The letter explicitly stated that admission could not be moved to another term. I am Production though, so it may be different for Critical Studies. However, you’re going to have to get permission from both USC and SCA in order to change over to Spring 2010.</p>

<p>@Peppa - My EFC was 0, and they were extremely generous with my award. I’m sure you will be pleasantly surprised.</p>
<p>@airborne - Production I believe specifically states that you cannot start in the spring. Critical Studies does not have that restriction, (or at least it does not say so online,) so I am really hoping that they let me move terms. (I think the restriction is only for graduate students.)</p>
<p>I think USC said I can switch to the spring, but I need to talk to SCA first.</p>

<p>@airborne - I already called and was told to e-mailed a woman. They were really surprised I asked for spring, and didn’t know what to do (especially when they found out I was an undergraduate student.) She hasn’t gotten back to me yet!</p>

I had an OASIS update on account restrictions as of 6/3/09 at 11:40 AM</p>
<p>SO now I wait.
The admissions office spooks me. They said the “L” word. (letter).
Financial aid said I should know about my offer in 1-2 weeks. So I don’t know what to believe.
I went to Miami today location scouting for a short I am shooting in August.
I feel better.</p>

<p>I still don’t know whether I’m Fall/Spring or whether I’m in Marshall or not. I want it to come today but I don’t think it will cuz they sent it yesterday.</p>
<p>Still received no new news… this is what my status updated to today:
“We have received the spring grades requested by the committee. We will be forwarding your file for further review very soon. For students submitting spring grades, we typically mail final decisions by mid-July.”</p>

<p>i just got the mail and i received a letter from NYU recommending that i apply for spring 2010, so i’m gonna apply there too as a backup for USC. NYU isn’t exactly a backup school, but i’d say my chances of getting accepted there are similar to USC’s </p>
<p>but my heart and mind is set on USC, so i hope i don’t have to turn to NYU</p>
