<p>Well, if you read the back of our welcome spring booklet it says do not try and petition people will be switched based on the needs of the university, not by any sort of ranking. </p>
<p>So while I would love to switch to Fall I really don’t think there is much we can do other than hope a bunch of people don’t enroll in the major we are admitted for. Let me know if you find a way though</p>
