<p>Hey guys. My brother is applying as a transfer to SC. He can log onto the commitment deposit site. His status just changed last night to committee has acted one. Does this mean he is in for the fall for sure, or could he be in for the spring. Has anyone heard of a situation where someone can log in and didn’t get in? Thanks for all the help!</p>
<p>you’re brother is definitely in, we have never seen anyone log in and be rejected. but there is no way to tell which term he has been accepted for until he gets the letter, same for which major he was accepted for.</p>
<p>I am so antsy now, I really want to get my grades in! The grade cards should be waiting in my mailbox at home so I can fax them over tonight. I wish my semester didn’t end so late.</p>

I turned in my grades on wednesday, and my status changed to “we have received…” but it hasn’t changed to “acted on” yet!!! WHYYYYYYYYY are they prolonging the wait!!!

<p>So I’m filling out financial aid like hella late and have yet to submit my commitment deposit because I can’t log in until Friday. The financial aid stuff is kind of confusing for me. I did FASFA a while back and they didn’t give me anything. I just did the CSS profile and I don’t know what will happen with that. And I’m wondering, do I have to fill out the Cal Grant form? Because the deadline passed and I don’t know if I can still file for that one. Also, I checked the status of my financial aid on oasis and it doesn’t have anything. Is this because I haven’t submitted my deposit or because my information is not processed yet? Many thanks to anyone’s helpful response :]</p>

<p>oh man guys…i almost flipped the F out!</p>
<p>my mom works like 45 minutes away from my house and she called saying that she accidentally brought our mail with her to work and that i got a SMALL WHITE ENVELOPE from the office of admission from USC. those three words like made my heart stop. so i insisted on leaving my house at once to check it out. i get there and open it and it is just from fin. aid saying that i need to submit more documents before they can make a fin. aid decision. WOAH. that’s a F-ing huge relief, haha.</p>
<p>yeah they’ve sent me like 4 letters all in small white envelopes and none of them were acceptance or rejection 
every time i opened one i was like sigh UCSD/Santa Clara here i come</p>
