<p>Lets say there are two people, Person 1 and Person 2. Say that these two people have exactly identical stats(ec’s, gpa, etc.) and they are applying to USC. Person 1 is applying as a buisness admin. major, with his second choice being economics. Person 2 is applying as an economics major. Let’s also say that there is only one spot left for the economics major and that these two are the last two left on the list of applicants. Person 1 is denied from Marshall’s, would person 2 be given the priority for the economics major because it was his first choice, or would person 1 have just as good of a chance?</p>
