<p>@transferguy123 yea I checked my status yesterday and nothing appear, I checked it this morning and they said they require extra information. So I am guessing status does change on sunday.</p>

<p>i only had a status of “your application has been forwarded to committee for review” for 1 day. and then the next day i got the status change of “committee has made decesion and it is in mail…” and then that day (yesterday) is when i got the package!</p>
<p>so it all goes by super fast…</p>

<p>Hopefully everyone hears back earlier than last year, it seems like USC is on top of it more this year. I don’t think this many people heard back last year especially not a CLAS applicants</p>
<p>@uscGirly mine’s still at “We are reviewing your application. Sometimes we require additional information, so be sure to respond to any requests promptly. Transfer applicants are notified of their admission, or of a request for more information by June 1.” It’s been like that since April 1 
Wow that’s freakin crazy that you got the status update so fast! hahaha I’m praying that my status change occurs this week or next week! :D</p>

<p>I think she may have got it so early because her high school GPA is fairly high. My GPA out of high school was like a 2.5… looks like mid-July for me!</p>
<p>@USCGirly: CONGRATS! So jealous of you! Sociology is my second choice major, but now that CLAS applicants are getting their decisions, I’m losing my mind out here in the desert! =/</p>
<p>@Dainese: so that whole mistake about the assistant director asking about a transcript for a school that I thought I never attended. Well, to my surprise, I DID take a class at that College! It was an after school extracurricular art class that I took at my high school, but counted as college credit! UGH! Totally forgot about it, so I had my mom (thank goodness I had a power of attorney made for her before I left) haul butt to the school and get an official transcript for that one class, and my sister will be taking it physically to USC on Monday. I also emailed the director back with a copy of the unofficial transcript attached to see if it’ll speed up things, and I got back a read receipt so hopefully I’m good. I hope this doesn’t delay me receiving a decision, that would be no bueno! </p>
<p>Other news: </p>
<p>We finally had our mission complete and transfer of authority ceremony yesterday, and I’m officially done with missions out here and just waiting for that bird to take my Soldiers and me home. All this hype about status changes and CLAS apps receiving decisions is not making the wait any easier. Alright guys, pray for me and my Soldiers to get on that plane. Supposedly we might get delayed because of the volcano eruption in Iceland. Ugh.

<p>Did you notice how everyone status changed during Friday/weekend, and I bet if you ask them when the letter was dated and/or post marked it would say Friday? Going from Freshman admissions USC always sends their letters out on Friday. I’m assuming this must be the same pattern. If this is true, then I could only guess that this up-coming Friday there will be people with more status changes and getting accepted.</p>
<p>@mreddiee- me neither. Now that CLAS decisions have begun, Im getting anxious. I keep ACTUALLY hoping everytime I check that there will be a status change. I cannot even begin to fathom what it will feel like when Marshall begins to send out acceptances.</p>
<p>@dbroncos- As far as status changes go, I dont think theyre just on fridays…however, I totally can see them doing that for mailing acceptances.</p>
