@wghiller Comes with a 32" philips flat screen a dvd player(i think) a full kitchen, microwave stove and fridge. The rooms come with two beds, two tables, and two chairs. And a bathroom. There are also 2 closets.

in terms of washer/dryer I think each floor has one. And you can check online to see if any are free. Then you go there put your card in and it charges your card. once its done, it will either text you or email you and let you know your laundry is done!
Pretty sweet!

SO 1030 is not bad at all. Even includes 24 hour security! WHICH IS JUST GREAT for that area lol. Plus the entertainment area is pretty sick! you can hook up your xbox/wii/ps3 there! And their study room is pretty kick back! THen you have two outdoor decks! Sick views!

Plus if you go on the tour you get a “Swag bag” and in the demo room the effin fridge is filled with ice cream water and soda!

wghiller, MrPopular covered it all.

A minor thing to note: the website says it’s a twin bed but it’s actually a twin extra long. I actually called specifically to ask and that’s what they told me.

EDIT: Wooh, thelongshot. Showed those Bruins, haha. Some of the stuff people are saying about USC gives me a headache. I’m totally a “rich kid” coming from several generations of military.

If I get in and my other buddy does too. We would need one more room mate. Lol there are three of us so we would need one more. unless my cousin gets in too haha WHO knows tho. Lol so far only on of us has gotten in lol.

Semi-serious question: Am I like the only college dude in the world who doesn’t have a Facebook? I’ve always just texted, IMed, called on phone or Skyped. I should probably make one but then I’d feel dumb since none of my closest friends use it so I’d be all 0 friends.
