<p>@lovingSC - it took mine about 3 weeks after I sent my transcript… but I guess they will process yours faster than mine, because when I sent my transcript it was before June 1st. After June 1st, there are only left some applicants who got the SGRs, so I think you will probably get a big envelope soon!!</p>
<p>meh I’ll wait a couple of more days before I go into complete paranoia mode. That being said I’ve called a couple of times for various reasons and the admissions representatives have all been very nice and welcoming so kudos to USC in that department.</p>
<p>Accepted less than two weeks ago. I’ve been looking at off-campus housing, filling out financial aid, etc. </p>
<p>Had a quick question about financial aid. I submitted the FAFSA/CSS profiles about 1-1.5 weeks ago and the website say they have been sent. USC is still waiting to receive them. I sent them an email about it, but have not hear back. How long does it usually take for them to receive the profiles after you submit them? It still says I’m required to send both under USconnect. I have already sent my tax returns though. </p>
<p>Sent my commitment in a week ago and have not hear back for that either. I tried creating an ID, but not found in the database. Hoping to get that email soon so I can sign up for orientation. </p>

<p>Phiberglass, I missed the second part of your post since I was busy and skimming. It can take up to 7 business days, according to USC. If you still have problems after that time, I’m sure calling the admissions office will take care of it.</p>

<p>I’ll just give everyone a quick recap. Thornton/Pop Music applicant, international student, applying for second bachelors. </p>
<p>Status was reviewing for months then 2 days ago it switched to forwarded and this morning switched to acted on. I spoke to admissions today and the lady didn’t give any indication she just said you’ll be receiving mail soon. She said if you want to find out this friday you can call and she will tell me. So that’s what i’m going to do. </p>
<p>I can’t log into the backdoor method, i get a blank page for the first link and a user pass login for the second one. </p>
<p>Can anyone make any suggestions or help calm me? I’m anxious haha </p>

<p>Hey guys. So I’ve taken three classes this semester, and it seems like I might get a C on one of the classes, which is not my major class. So do you think it might jeopardize my acceptance? I’m so worried now… I’ll call them and ask about it tomorrow, but can’t wait!!</p>

<p>MinKim7777, what was your acceptance condition and will you meet it? If you fall a little short, it shouldn’t be a big deal. If it’s a large difference then it’s more problematic. For a music major it probably makes less difference than usual, though.</p>

<p>Also, I got a random piece of malware. I’m pretty sure it’s from a bad ad on Slacker radio. This particular annoyance looks like it only debuted this week or so. First infection in like 5 years. Good thing I’m taking care of it.</p>
<p>I’m hoping to God that they appeal. I mean honestly, the whole Reggie Bush thing (which was the bulk of the investigation) was five years ago. They had a different coach, and a different team. I honestly think that they were punished so severely simply because the whole process took so long, and the NCAA didn’t want to have nothing to show for it. They’ll lose a good chunk of money from the bowl ban, so I think a lot of people will be surprised.</p>
<p>My acceptance condition was just this: Please remember that your admission is contingent upon verification of official academic records, satisfactory completion of course work, and avoidance of academic and behavioral misconduct.</p>
<p>Due to that C, overall GPA would fall around 3.7, and the semester GPA would be like 2.8? I was told that the last semester GPA should be higher than 3.0, at least. Is that true?

I don’t know when I got it exactly, but I’m pretty sure it was sometime today. I checked 2 days ago and it was still “We have received your grades” and then I checked again like an hour ago and it was acted on. From everything I’ve read on here though the backdoor thing can be pretty inconsistent so I wouldn’t sweat it, I think the acted on status is a good sign</p>
