i actually did that scanning in option but i also emailed it to my admissions counselor so that’s probably why…u shouldn’t worry, it takes a while to process, and i dont think it has to do with major but mine is CLAS Health and Humanity

I still haven’t received my transfer credit report. I’m starting to worry. I was already told my College Algebra course would not transfer to USC. That drops me from 55 to 52 hours. I really need to get 45 hours or I may have to re-evaluate. Crap.

@USC10 - ohh ok, that makes sense I guess. Im CLAS sociology so i guess it doesnt depend on your major. hows your spring gpa?

I got my transfer report and only 17 units transferred over. ***? How did I even get accepted if only 17 of my units were eligible?

Did only 17 units transfer, period, or were only 17 equivalent to USC course work? They’re two separate numbers. It’s possible that only 17 transferred, I just want you to know that there could be a difference.

It says:

TOTAL NUMBER OF UNITS ACCEPTED IN TRANSFER:
17.00 UNITS

CUMULATIVE TRANSFER GPA:
17.00 ATTEMPTED UNITS

TRANSFER WORK HAS BEEN ACCEPTED OR PRE-APPROVED FROM THESE
INSTITUTIONS:

and here it only lists 17 units worth of classes

either way it looks like I’ll be having to take quite a few classes.

Yeah, that’s the total. That’s pretty uncool, guess it’s going to make your choice harder.

Hey guys no worries!

On the 9th I had my transfer report updated and everything was totally wrong , only 12 units transferred and my high school grad date was listed as 2010.

Today everything is corrected. High School grad date is correct , and 52 units have transferred over. I still have to send in my Final transcripts with Spring grades, but do I send it to the address listed on the OASIS transfer report or the same address where we sent files during january?

I don’t know, it’s quite odd since I’ve taken over 60 units at my current university, but I already committed to USC over NYU which accepted 50 of my units.

@unknown

Did you alert them or was it corrected by itself?

Quentin13, I just looked over my report and thought of something. Under “course work not accepted in transfer” should be all your unaccepted courses. If there’s stuff missing then they’re obviously not done. Even if there isn’t anything missing, you could try contacting them to see if there’s been a mistake.

@anyone that sent a letter of rec: did it show up under “admission documents” page? since they don’t require it for transfers, i’m not sure if they would put it up on that page. it says that they received my letters of rec from last year, but nothing has come up about the one i sent in this year

It was corrected by itself.
I would say wait til Thurs/Friday.

Where can u find your transfer credit report? is it online?

Yes, it is online. Go to My USC-> oasis -> transfer credit report :)

for some reason it wont let me log into oasis… is there a way to register beforehand?

Are you using MinKim7777’s method or the one I posted on the previous page? Her’s is easier and better. It should be working if you have a USC computing account. Do you? After sending in the enrollment deposit, you get a link to make one in a follow up email. It’s different from the USConnect email/password combo.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF- the July 9th session is full!!! >:[ &^*#$%@%

@USPlacer - That is just lovely news for all of us sgr’s who still haven’t heard yet haha :(

Regardless of applicant quality, isn’t it safe to assume that most will be accepted for spring this late in the game? I can’t stand another semester at my cc…

@brianlee I wouldn’t believe that your spring theory is accurate since applicants who do receive spring admission are generally freshman going into their sophomore years. They are able to receive spring admission because they can still finish up GE classes at their current college and have more wiggle room to finishing up their classes at USC, whereas junior applicants do not have that and USC would have no reason to give a prospective junior applicant Spring admission without just flat out giving them Fall admission instead.
