I had a 4.0 in 18 units last semester and a 3.72 in 13 transferrable (took 18 though) this semester leaving me at a 3.903 :/</p>
<p>Financial aid is exactly the same for on campus versus off campus housing.</p>

<p>If it goes from forwarded to acted on quickly, it usually means an acceptance, not a rejection.</p>

<p>@nabilesmail - not being able to login is no indicator of any particular decision. It sometimes takes up to 7 days to login when you are admitted.</p>
<p>@striker15 I got my package on 6/5, turned all my fin aid documents in on the 11th, and my info was posted on USConnect on the 17th! If you have everything turned in already, it shouldn’t be long.</p>

<p>@socal4: I have a friend who currently goes to SC, and her FA was supposed to decrease this year because she’s no longer going to live in USC housing. But there were a lot of other factors that changed too: her family sold their house among other things. But if the USC housing thing was the only thing that would have changed, her FA would have gone down by $6000ish. It depends person to person, I think, and how much of their FA is through grants and loans and such.</p>
<p>nabilesmail, I think that may have a lot to do with it. How come you didn’t just get it out of the way during your first/second semester?</p>
<p>I had to take a prereq for English 101, and I couldn’t get an English class during Fall Semester, so I took Eng 91 during Winter, Eng 101 during Spring, and am in Eng 102 during Summer. lol :[</p>
<p>Is it worth appealing guys? I know I could write an incredibly eloquent,passionate statement, but I don’t have to much “new” information. I did forget to mention that I won 1st place in 100meter dash Highschool division a year ago lol.</p>
<p>im still stuck at: “We have received the spring grades requested by the committee. We will be forwarding your file for further review very soon. For students submitting spring grades, we typically mail final decisions by mid-July.”</p>
