<p>status changed to “we need more information…” … document portal says they’re missing my high school transcript … not only do they have one from last year when i applied as a freshman, but i took one in person with my college transcript TWO months ago.</p>
<p>ok so apparently it was a mistake and they have my high school transcript. i’m a little confused though. i asked him to double check that they got my newer college transcript with my Winter grades, he said “yea, its in your other file. i have one without those grades and one with those grades.” </p>

<p>i’m not really sure what he meant by that at all. should i call again today or just wait until tomorrow?</p>
<p>i’m really uncertain. if i have a second file for when i applied as a freshman, why would my other college transcript be in there? i submitted them this year, one month apart. these technicalities are driving me insane. those updated grades will make or break my application, and just may be a reason for them to accept me without an SGR. i really need them to see that transcript.</p>

<p>Just give them a call today and clear up your uncertainty! If they see that you’ve called previously for the same question, so what! It’s better to stay healthy than go insane as we still have a month or so to be tortured on this road 
Plus, your winter grades appear very important so I’d say just call!</p>
<p>hey does anybody know how to calculate "major " gpa for USC, im an engineering major, so im unsure what goes into the gpa, is it just the pre- reqa? or is it all the classes that will go towards my degree? any help would be appreciated</p>

<p>@whisper11 … i did call again, and to be honest, the lady i spoke to was just as vague as the guy before. never had a bad experience with admissions before this :(</p>
<p>i’m really annoyed and worried. the woman said that i apparently had two files and the previous counselor “should combine them and submit the change to processing. hopefully he has done that for you.” … and then she said processing takes about a week, so i need to wait until next Wednesday to call and check. I asked her about the transcript and she said they have two but wouldn’t confirm that it has my Winter grades. </p>
<p>it really sucks that this had to happen right before they start looking at transfer apps. also i have a feeling i would’ve had a status change if this whole mess didn’t occur since they probably started reviewing my file when they thought i was missing something.</p>
<p>ugh. don’t know if i can wait seven days before losing my mind.</p>
