<p>hey! i know USC calculates D’s in your transferable gpa, but do they calculate them in your major GPA to, or would they just calculate the grade you got when u re-took the class in your major GPA?</p>
<p>Yay! My backup school came through! Ill be going to CSUN for their music industry program if I don’t get accepted to USC. Still keeping my fingers crossed for USC though.</p>

<p>well i guess my chances of getting accepted are gone, because USC uses a clearinghouse to make sure you sent transcripts for all the colleges you attended and two colleges i was accepted to, but never attended are showing up. i called them today and they said i have to request a transcript with whatever their fees are through the mail and they will send a letter to USC saying i never attended so… i’m looking at 2+ weeks, this sucks all my hard work for nothing, so i guess i’ll be in this thread again next year. GOOD LUCK TO YOU GUYS, THOUGH!!!</p>

<p>@collegedeb8r i’m pretty sure it will, because at this point my application is “incomplete” and two weeks is only the minimum. with my luck, knowing that colleges take forever to send stuff, and knowing the mail takes forever in WA state it will end up being at least a month. by that time a lot of decisions will be made and they will only just be starting to look at my application. even if my application is “good enough”, i highly doubt there will be space left. it sucks, but i guess it’s okay since i’m only a freshman and can apply next year. i just HATE WA and UW and wanted to get out asap, oh well.</p>
<p>@hyethga4lyfe i called this morning as soon as I found out unfortunately the guy i talked to said their is no way around it, I need a transcript of a letter from the school saying I never attended. i left a message for my regional counselor earlier, but it’s looking bleak…</p>
<p>Back again this year. My daughter is reapplying as a sophomore (transfer) entrant, though her status still says “freshman” in uscconnect.</p>

<p>@clutchm3 i checked my status first and it said they needed more info, then i looked the the document portal and those were the missing docs.</p>
<p>I’m surprisingly not that worried about my status…</p>
