<p>For all of you who have already gone to orientation, how long did it last?</p>
<p>check in starts at 7am. you dont need to be there right at 7 unless you want to go and do a campus tour and have some free breakfast (it’s awesome, krispy kreams, bagels, and a lot of other stuff) and then there are “mandatory” activities until about 3:30 after which you can stay for the student exposition and then the coffee and cookies social which I believe goes until 4:45. I personally skipped the coffee and cookies social and only spent about 15 minutes at the expo.</p>

<p>Solomonm- Yeah, same here. I was too tired/info’d out to stay past 4pm. :p</p>
<p>The expo is actually pretty cool, IMO. Got a couple of t-shirts and info about tutors. I would definetly recommend at least 15 minutes even if you are exhausted to check it out.</p>
<p>hey, i couldn’t go to the orientation, but I called my advisor and she let me sign up for classes already, so if you can’t go to any of the orientations, call your advisor! They will probably let you sign up for classes!</p>

<p>Is it too late for applying housing? My parents just allow me living on-campus. Also, can I apply for spring 2009 housing only? Thank you so much.</p>
<p>dalewoo- It’s never too late to apply, I just don’t think they have much, or anything left. The housing application for Spring 2009 opens July 1st. I’m not sure if they have restrictions on who can apply given the fact that you were admitted for Fall, but you should ask.</p>

<p>speaking of housing, did anyone manage to get a reassignment? There is only 5 days left before it closes!</p>
<p>and football tickets they said at orientation we should be getting an email “shortly” with a pin that will let us buy them online but i haven’t received anything yet…</p>

<p>After changing my school to USC for CalGrant . . . what’s left to do? I have to contact USC right? Chime in if you know what you’re doing because the people on their phone lines don’t.</p>
<p>It says that they haven’t yet received my GPA verification for 08-09 school year.</p>
