<p>I just submitted my application for USC, but I was unaware that the application fee waiver request was not electronic. Instead, the NACAC form needs to be filled out by a school official and mailed to USC. Two questions: can I have this filled out and sent tomorrow (for December 1 deadline) and what address are fee waivers sent to?</p>
<p>I would think it could be sent tomorrow if school official is willing. Postmark date is Dec. 1. Do not know address. I assume admissions should be fine.</p>
