<p>The Damon Runyon Foundation has named USC Assistant Professor, Dr. Matthew Pratt, as a Damon Runyon-Rachieff Innovator. Dr. Pratt is one of only five innovators chosen by the foundation in the nation.</p>
<p>The foundation is known for supporting key researchers in the early stages of their work.</p>
<p>Dr. Pratt is in the Dornsife School of Letters, Arts and Sciences. He received his Ph.D. from Univ. of California at Berkeley and later was a postdoctoral fellow at Rockefeller University. He is an Assistant Professsor of Biological Sciences and Chemistry.</p>
