On Sunday, I submitted my USC graduate application for the CS MS program at around 10 PM PST, which was before the specified deadline for the program. It is made absolutely clear on their website and their Q&A session that the deadline is December 15th, 11:59 PM PST, but my application packet said that my submitted date was December 16th and my portal said my payment for my apps was made on December 16th at 1 AM. I’m not certain if this is a time zone thing on their servers but have I gotten it in on time or am I cooked?
I would call and ask.
