<p>I am very sorry if I am giving bad information. HOWEVER, at MY CC, there is ABSOLUTELY no way of knowing, once a class is on your official transcripts, in what format the class was given. I have researched this a thousand times. literally. If your CC does closed transcripts they would have to call the school and research what format each class you took was. And they don’t ever do that. On my transcripts, at my cc, there is no difference between classes taken online and those taken on campus.</p>
<p>Yes, I got an SGR. My pre-reqs are all done and right now im taking bio courses that are kicking my ass even though i applied to marshall as business admin. Hope they take that into consideration lol. Only relevant course is my second optional accounting course</p>
<p>yeah my school is like DOXIEgirl’s because you can’t tell unless you look at the section number and look through all the classes for that subject.</p>

<p>Btw, when USC mails you the Spring Grade request do they show your GPA and previously taken classes? There are a few things on my record that I’d rather not have my parents know about lol…</p>
<p>nonstopskratchin- my transcripts dont even show the section number, just the class name and number (ex, English 1A). so i guess the moral of the story is if you need to take online classes at all (not that i like or recommend them, but they are a necessary evil when working full time) take them at my cc or nonstopskratchin’s. haha.</p>
<p>bumbumbum- when they send you the spring grade request none of your information is printed on the letter. it is simply a form letter asking for your spring grades along with instructions on how to send them in. so dont sweat it!!</p>
<p>I just got the “Your application is being reviewed…” status today. Marshall applicant and I sent my spring grades in 2 weeks ago or so. Now I’m really nervous, crunchtime…</p>

<p>My D may have to send in 4 out of 5 of her spring grade cards as one prof is not being coorperative with the grade card and has left for the summer. The final transcript with that grade may not come out until August (Europe).
Do you think it is okay to send in the 4 grade cards with an explanation, or would they reject based on 1 missing spring grade? The other grades are more than likely all As, perhaps one B. I don’t like to call and seem like an overbearing mother ;)</p>

<p>Since I got the “…unable to process your app…” status, should I be expecting a letter with instructions for sending in spring grades? Or do I need to call them to straighten out the status? Also, now under “things you need to submit” it says College transcript. Is that in reference to the SGR?</p>
<p>hippo50: Yes to both. That’s what my D got a few weeks back and it was a SGR. Check OASIS, as this should list the actual college from which transcripts are required. May take a day or two to update.</p>
<p>My parents in Korea got a SRG today since the letter was sent on May 5th and the status got updated to “we are unable…”</p>

<p>So, I called yesterday to check the status of my application and the woman I spoke to said it was “being reviewed” and I don’t have a SGR. I’ve been checking OASIS since then and I still have status #2. <em>sigh</em> I guess I have to call them everyday until i get my letter :)</p>

<p>doxiegirl- You’re not giving out bad information, it’s just our school (Saddleback College) is different than most schools but in a good way lol. Last year, I took an class online too and there is no indication on my transcript that I took it online. </p>
<p>Anyway, still no change of status yet although I sent my spring grades last Tuesday :(</p>
<p>It really bothers me that it takes so long for them to even process and add it to your file. You would think it would be as easy as just scanning in the barcode…</p>
<p>Solomonm, try calling and talk about something that forces them to look at your file. Then, upon looking for them they will change your status.</p>
