<p>Now, i am just wordering what is order of processing applications.</p>
<p>I cannot express how frustrating this process is. I feel like I harass my counselor all the time, but this waiting period is just getting out of control.</p>
<p>DJS3CA, I know what you mean by frustrating. They get my hopes up this morning telling me that a decision will be made today. Then in the afternoon they say sometime this weekend. Then I call back this afternoon to talk to the woman who told me today and she wasn’t available and I go another woman on the phone who said we will notify you before mid-july! NOW THAT’S FRUSTRATING…</p>
<p>So, I guess there is no definitive answer as to how they review applications. I know, for one, that it’s not chronological order, because I’ve seen people accepted a day right after submitting their SGRs. It’s not by school, because I’ve seen Marshall and CLAS students accepted randomly. As for GPAs, I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s not that either. What are your thoughts, people? I’ve been stuck on “we will fwd your SGR to a committee for review soon” since the 17th.</p>

<p>Thank you for your application. It is currently under review. I am writing you regarding your major selection. You selected Undecided/Open as your second choice major. Given your high unit count, we cannot consider you for admission as an Open/Undecided student if you are not admitted to the Marshall School of Business. We would be happy to update your file with a new second choice major, from within the College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences. We require a response by next week.</p>

<p>understand USC gave me a week to let me choose my second major even</p>

<p>choose international relationship(global business) as my second major just </p>
<p>right before. USC might give me an admission to my second major if i am </p>
<p>not admitted to Marshall. I have no idea which one is better choice between</p>
<p>USC:Global Business and UCSD: Econ. Anyway, i think that a final decision </p>
<p>has not been made yet for me and could take longer than what i </p>

For me, I called today and my application has not yet been reviewed… I think I have decided to not check online anymore and just wait for the mail. Im crossing my fingers!</p>

<p>Oh my goodness you guys!! This is so frustrating! I am so sorry it is taking so long for all of you to hear! But TOnes was right when (I think) he said there is no pattern. I got accepted to SPPD two weeks after my SGR was submitted, so it is truly on a case-by-case basis. I am rooting for all of you!!!</p>
<p>i’m sorry for those who are still waiting. i got in the day after i emailed my admissions counselor, so if you haven’t done that yet it might help. also i think you guys should know that the frustration does not end once you get in. especially since you guys will be getting in so late, it’s gonna be even more frustrating.</p>

my status page has changed into 09 Applicaion Part 1 &2…before it was “We have received your spring grades…” does that mean anythg??? im sooo nervous… plus i cannot login into the Oasis page…
actually when I login into my boyfrd’s status page (he was admitted w/o spring grades requested), his status page has changed into 09 application as well…
